Secure your order with a signed contract, finalizing trailer specifications, production schedules, and delivery arrangements.

05 - Deposit

Make an initial payment to initiate production. We begin sourcing premium materials and preparing for manufacturing.

06 - Manufacturing

Our advanced production facility builds your trailer with precision, conducting rigorous quality checks at every stage.

07 - Pay Balance

Once production is complete, finalize your payment before the shipping process begins to ensure timely delivery.

08 - Shipping

We handle customs clearance, export declarations, and logistics, providing real-time shipping updates.

Shipping & Delivery

Rhinotrail follows a streamlined shipping and delivery process that ensures efficiency for both standard and custom semi-trailers:

1. Production & Lead Time:

Standard Products: Around 20 days.
Custom Products: Around 30 days.
If you pay 100% deposit after signing the contract, the standard model trailer can be delivered within 7 working days.

2. Shipping & Packaging:

Rhinotrail mainly transport by ro-ro ship, bulk carrier, container transportation, land transportation.

Warranty

All new semi-trailers sold by Rhinotrail come with a one-year warranty from the date of shipment. Rhinotrail guarantees that all new semi-trailers are free from defects in workmanship, parts, and materials. If any defects are found, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost, as determined by Rhinotrail.

Payment

Rhinotrail offers flexible payment options, accepting credit card, check, PayPal, or wire transfer.

The deposit is 30% of the order amount, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment.
